Our Organisation

The SNCU(Foundation for Compliance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Temporary Agency Workers) was founded in 2004.
The initiative for the establishment was taken by the social partners in the employment industry. Therefore, the SNCU Board is composed of representatives of employers’ organizations and the trade unions who negotiated the collective labour agreements applicable to the temporary employment industry.
